FAQ
How will I receive a new bouquet?
Seasonal Subscriptions will be delivered weekly. Each season consists of a 6 week delivery.
A Full Season Subscription consists of 26 weeks of floral deliveries. You will be contacted one week prior to deliveries beginning.
When will I begin receiving my seasonal subscription?
Seasonal Subscriptions are based on availability. We estimate the following time frames for the beginning of deliveries:
Spring Subscription - mid-March
Summer Subscription - mid-June
Fall Subscription - mid-September
Full Season Subscription - mid-March
How will I receive my subscription delivery?
You will receive a drop bucket upon your first delivery. We will deliver into this bucket each week. You are strongly encouraged to place this bucket in a shaded area and add 1" of water before our delivery.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed one sum upon order placement.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
Once deliveries begin cancellations cannot be accommodated. You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your delivery for that week.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! Contact us at 540-832-6134 to let us know the date you'll need to pause subscription. We can accommodate one 'pause' date per seasonal subscription.
